Should you need to request a Return or Exchange, we ask that you take the time to read our Returns Policy below. 

We advise customers to check ordered products thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and disposing of any original packaging. All items must be in their original sale condition and any items found to be worn, damaged or missing original packaging will not be eligible for return. 

Please note, we do not accept refunds or exchanges on Clearance Items and Peckers. Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

Exchanges 

ortc Clothing Co accepts free domestic exchanges on all items within 30 Days of your order being placed both in store and online.

For international returns, customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the items. This process is facilitated through our dedicated returns portal.

Online

If you wish to request an exchange online, all you need to do is head to our Returns Portal and follow the prompts to return the items to us. 

You must include these details with your return so that the warehouse team can process the exchange for you.

Our team will process the exchange as soon as the returned items are received by the warehouse.

In Store

If you wish to exchange an item in store, please ensure you have a purchase receipt or an online order number if the item was purchased online. To view our store details and opening hours please click here.

Any purchase that is to be exchanged will first need to be refunded onto the original card that was used to pay for the item(s), and the new item(s) can then be re-purchased.

In the instance that the original card cannot be refunded to, the refund will be processed onto an ortc Clothing Co gift card which will be used to re-purchase the new item to complete the exchange.

Returns For Refund and Store Credit

Returns For Damaged Items

Should your items arrive damaged, please let us know as soon as possible. Damaged goods returns must be acknowledged within 1 working days of receiving your order by contacting us at hello@ortc.com.au  

We will reply within 24 hours regarding the options to return the order. 

Once confirmed, we will email through a returns label so that the items can be sent back to us for inspection. 

Once this has been arranged we will send you a replacement for the damaged items.
